“Sukces jest kobietą” (Success is a Woman) is a TV program that constitutes stories about Polish women who owe their success to their knowledge, entrepreneurship, intelligence and perseverance. They can be and are role models for other women who look boldly into the future.

The heroine of the sixth episode was Helena Norowicz – an actress and model who began her career in Warsaw’s Classical Theater, then – for almost 40 years – was associated with the Studio Theater. Discovered by chance by a pair of fashion designers, she conquered the modeling world.
